Hello Folks!

The Wilson County MG first REAP event to assemble the square foot garden kits is in the books and a great success by all accounts! Thanks to everyone who came out and participated; what a great day of teamwork and fellowship. Hopefully all of you who attended were able to renew some existing friendships and make some new ones within our association.

Special thanks go out to Fred and Karen Dawson who without all of their wonderful organization would not have make the day such a success. Special thanks also to Jeff and Jennifer Harvey who so generously donated all of the worm castings for the kits.

We were able to complete almost 100 kits and quite a few have already been purchased by those who participated yesterday. Kits will continue to be available at various WCMG events going forward including…..

Well, of course you know I can’t miss an opportunity to remind everyone that the next Spring Festival and Tour meeting will be held tomorrow night (Tuesday, 12th) at 7:00 p.m. We will be meeting at the School Exhibit building at the Fair Grounds. And yes, there will be REAP kits available for pick up/purchase at the meeting!
