Volunteering at the Wilson County Fair not only gets you hours, but you also get to know your fellow Master Gardeners. This is a fun time had by all and you also get to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Fair. Of course we cannot forget the food!!

For those volunteering for Crop Check-In (Aug. 15th) and Crop Attendants (Aug 16-Aug 24) you will be in the Veterans Building. Those that are volunteering for Ask a Master Gardener and the Demo garden, you will be under a tent protected from the sun at the Vegetable Demonstration Garden in Fiddlers Grove.

If you are hesitant in volunteering for Ask a Master Gardener because you feel you don’t know enough to answer questions, don’t worry. There will be plenty of Master Gardeners to help and who knows Justin might be around to help also.
