The Executive Board Meeting originally scheduled for Tuesday, 27 October 2015 and rescheduled for Monday, 26 October 2015 did not occur. Unfortunately, one board member was ill, another had to work, and a third had something else on the schedule which prevented getting there on time. The Executive Board apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused.
