The Wilson County Master Gardener Association supports the Wilson County Sheriff Department’s Senior Citizen Awareness Network (SCAN) by donating fresh produce during spring, summer and fall when the Labor of Love of Community Garden at Charlie Daniels Park in Mount Juliet is in season. But our Master Gardeners collected $545.00 at our annual Christmas dinner on December 1st and the money was used to purchase fresh fruit for the holidays for SCAN’s clients.
