Gardening in the Rain

Kathy Powers and Linda Robertson might have been mail carriers in a previous life, but they continue to uphold that old adage about working in the rain, sleet, snow and hail in this life as caretakers of the Butterfly Garden at Cedars of Lebanon State Park. Here  are a few photos just before the deluge on Monday morning, 14 August 2017.

From  spring through autumn, Linda and/or Kathy have scheduled workdays at the COLSP Butterfly and Native Plant Garden  on the second Monday and fourth Friday of the month beginning about 8:00 AM.  Volunteers are always welcome!
