Spring Fest Volunteer Sign-up sheets

Volunteer opportunities include:

• Friday, April 30
  
  5pm-7pm – Spring Fest Setup which includes putting out signage, setting up tables and chairs for the workshops/demos and decorating.
  
• Saturday, May 1
  
  7am-9:30am – Plant Sale Setup which will be located at the front entrance of Fiddlers Grove.  We will be setting up tables and chairs, putting plants out and pricing them
  
  9:30am-12:30pm– Plant Sale – help with selling plants.  All proceeds of the plant sale go towards all the gardens in Fiddlers Grove
  
  10am-12pm – Welcome Table located at front entrance of Fiddlers Grove.  Greeting people and keep count of how many come through gate
  
  12pm-3pm – Welcome Table – same as above
  
  12:30pm-3:30pm – Plant Sale-same as above
  
  3:00pm-until we are done – Plant Sale & Spring Fest Tear Down – this includes moving plants to safe location, put away table and chairs, take down signage and decorations and store

We will be following CDC guidelines.  Masks will be required inside buildings and social distancing will be followed.
