The next Spring Festival and Tour meeting is scheduled for Thursday, October 18th. We will be meeting in the Education Building at the Ag Center. As always, we will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. and will not go beyond 8:30 p.m.

The agenda for the meeting is BUDGET, BUDGET, BUDGET! We will be discussing our budget from last year as a basis for forming the budget for the 2013 event. Fred Dawson will also be bringing to us a possible idea to make our event self-sustaining.

As time allows, we will start talking about Publicity in more detail; what worked this year and what we want to achieve next year to increase the attendance for our event.

ALL are welcome to this meeting so please mark your calendars and get plugged in as we work towards an even better 2013 Festival and Tour.
