Monarch Way Station Attendant Volunteer Form

Please complete the following sign up form to volunteer for the Monarch Way Station during the fair. You must enter your name, email address, and choose one or more dates/times to volunteer. You may also leave a comment in the space provided if you wish. Then be sure to click submit or your form will not be registered. Each shift worked will count toward your certification or annual volunteer hours requirement. When logging your hours, choose Fair Activities.
