Chili “Soup” (2016 Cook-off contestant #6)

Ingredients:
- Ground beef
- Medium onion (chopped)
- 1 large can tomato juice
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 1 can seasoned black beans
- 1 can chili beans
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
- 1 pkg. chili seasoning mix
- 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dry dressing mix (spicy version)
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
Directions:
Brown onion & ground beef together, add to other items in large pot. Mix & simmer on low heat 1-2 hours.
