Beth Wallis’s Chili Soup – 2016 Entry #6

Chili “Soup” (2016 Cook-off contestant #6)

Ingredients:

  • Ground beef
  • Medium onion (chopped)
  • 1 large can tomato juice
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 can seasoned black beans
  • 1 can chili beans
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
  • 1 pkg. chili seasoning mix
  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dry dressing mix (spicy version)
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

Directions:

Brown onion & ground beef together, add to other items in large pot. Mix & simmer on low heat 1-2 hours.
