Kathy Di Giovanni’s Double Chocolate Cookies

DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Ingredients:

1 cup butter softened
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1 egg
2 1/4  cup All-Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup chopped pecans
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Directions:

Mix butter, sugars, vanilla & egg. Stir in flour, baking soda & salt. Stir in nuts & chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet, bake at 375 degrees 8-10 minutes for soft, 11-13 for crisper cookies. Leave on cookie sheet for 2 minutes, then remove to cool on rack. Enjoy!
