Spring Fest Volunteer Sign-up

Volunteers are needed for the 2021 Spring Fest in Fiddlers Grove. To volunteer complete the sign-up form below. If you would like to volunteer for more than one activity, do one of the following:

1. Fill in your name, email address, and phone number, choose the first date and time for which you are volunteering, then note in the comments section the exact date and time of the second activity for which you wish to volunteer
   
   or,
   
2. Fill in your name, email address, and phone number, choose the first date and time you are volunteering for, click Send, then reload the page and complete the form a second time choosing the second date and time.

Here are the dates and times:

Friday, April 30
5:00 – 7:00 p.m. – Spring Fest Set-up (signage, tables & chairs, decorations)

Saturday, May 1
7:00 – 9:30 a.m. – Plant Sale Set up
9:30 – 12:30 p.m. – Plant Sale Attendant
12:00 – 3:30 p.m. – Plant Sale Attendant
10:00 – 12:00 p.m. – Welcome Table Attendant
12:00 – 3:00 p.m. – Welcome Table Attendant
3:00 p.m. – Until we are done – Plant Sale & Spring Fest Tear Down
